The final places and qualification for the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League are decided by the Belgian Pro League play-offs at the end of the season. The teams finishing at the bottom contest a play-out with teams from the the Belgian Second Division to decided who will be relegated and promoted.

Cercle Brugge K.S.V., Club Brugge K.V., K. Sint-Truidense V.V., K.A.A. Gent, K.A.S. Eupen, K.F.C. Germinal Beerschot, K.R.C. Genk, K.S.C. Lokeren Oost-Vlaanderen, K.V. Kortrijk, K.V. Mechelen, K.V.C. Westerlo, Lierse S.K., R. Charleroi S.C., R.S.C. Anderlecht, Standard Liege and S.V. Zulte-Waregem.
Recent history:
The current champions are K.R.C. Genk, who won the 2010-11 Belgian Pro League title, finishing ahead of Standard Liege in the play-offs.
R.S.C. Anderlecht are the most successful club in the Belgian Pro League with 30 titles, followed by Club Brugge K.V. (13), Union Saint-Gilloise (11) and Standard Liege (10).
